Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut butter

3 tablespoons soft butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 c rice krispies

1/2 c finely chop pecans

1 c  coconut (I used unsweetened)

1 pack semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 sweet chocolate box

Preparing

Step 1

Mix everything together, put in the refrigerator for half an hour or more and then form into balls. Return to the refrigerator and let it cool for at least an hour (preferably longer). Note: To make the chocolate easier to roll, freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Melt the following together in a double boiler: 1 package of chocolate chips, 1 square of sweet chocolate. Keep it low until the chocolate remains soft.

Put the balls into the chocolate mixture one at a time, using a fork to roll them until they cover the chocolate. Leave it on parchment paper in the fridge. They freeze well.
